4. Cancellations and Refunds

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Alpha Guarantee.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care in providing our services, Alpha Omega Touch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
